However, a decision was taken to headquarter the company in the former head office of Swastik Laghubitta. Thus, the merger dissolved, said the statement issued by Samaaj Laghuibitta.
Samaaj Laghubitta states that it will fulfill the merger procedure with another potential merger partner.
